External Facilities Hire

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are unable to accept any new external facility hire requests at this time. Please monitor this website for an announcement on when we will be accepting external facility hire requests.

University facilities are available for hire for one off activities only by external organisations, bodies and societies at JCU campus located in Townsville, Bebegu Yumba campus, Douglas, Townsville City, Cairns, Nguma-bada campus, Smithfield, Cairns, Bada-jali campus, City and Thursday Island.

JCU has a number of facilities available that would be suitable for meetings, conferences, staff training, planning days and other one off events. Please note, JCU does not operate as a Convention Centre.
