The Association of Australian University Secretaries (AAUS) has a LISTSERV.
LISTSERV is a software product that enables a group of people to communicate effectively with one another without requiring each person to maintain a mailing list of all the other participants. An e-mail sent to the list address will reach all names on the list.
AAUS uses its LISTSERV for exchange of information and for the provision of feedback and advice on governance matters. The LISTSERV is kindly hosted for the AAUS by the University Secretary's Office, University of Adelaide.
