The Environmental Research Complex is a cutting edge research facility for basic and applied research and teaching of biological and environmental sciences, located at the James Cook University (JCU) Cairns Campus, in Smithfield, QLD. Facilities include research quality growth facilities for examining the implications of climate change on tropical vegetation as well as the space and resources to conduct a diverse array of experimental projects.
