Bees

We investigate the effects of bee stressors, such as disease and pesticide exposure, on their behaviour. Some of our past work has investigated how a gut pathogen affects foraging behaviour of the introduced honey bee (Apis mellifera) as well as spillover of that pathogen to a native stingless bee.
