How to apply – New Colombo Plan Mobility

New Colombo Plan Mobility trip application process for current JCU students

1. Explore the available NCP Mobility trip opportunities in the program discovery portal.
2. Select your program of interest and read the brochure information. NCP grant eligibility requirements can be found un the "Eligibility" tab.
3. Select "Apply Now" to start an application.
4. Pre-Assessment Stage: Complete all the pre-assessment application requirements.
5. Submit your application by the application deadline.
6. Assessment Processing Stage: JCU will review your application and notify you of approval.
7. Post-Assessment Stage: Commit to the NCP Mobility trip. Complete all the application requirements in the Post-Assessment Stage.
8. The Global Experience team will be in touch to assist you in finalising application requirements and to organise pre-departure sessions.

If you are not eligible to receive a NCP Mobility grant, you may be able to attend as a self-funded student.
