We would like to take this opportunity and thank Jürgen and Stella Freund, Richard Fitzpatrick and Matt Curnock for their fantastic visual contributions to our cause. Our ongoing collaboration with these amazing photographers has been instrumental and we can’t thank them enough for their support and generosity over the years.

Jurgen and Stella FreundAfter years of wandering, Yogi has finally found a home base in Australia and now lives in Tropical North Queensland with his wife, Stella. He works closely with WWF, the World Wide Fund for Nature, and the organisation uses his photographs in many of its conservation campaigns. He is also a regular contributor to GEO magazine in Europe. Jürgen and Stella’s work can be viewed on their photography website.

Richard FitzpatrickEmmy award winning cinematographer Richard Fitzpatrick ACS is a qualified marine biologist specialising in sharks. Richard has worked in public aquariums around the world, which gives him a unique perspective on the animals he films and an instinct for capturing the perfect shot.

He has shot more than 50 films for clients such as the BBC, National Geographic and Discovery Channel and is renowned for filming complex behavioural sequences – including high speed, time lapse, motion control and underwater – many never seen before.

Extreme environments are no problem with Richard having filmed all over the world from the deserts of outback Australia to the jungles of the Amazon to snow-covered Alaska. In over 15,000 hours underwater he has filmed in the crystal clear coral gardens of the Great Barrier Reef, the murky waters of the Amazon, and everything in-between. In the process he has won numerous international awards.
