Policy and Procedures

Subject to the approval of the Director, Facilities Management Office -

1. plaques shall be in a permanent material, with permanent lettering and dimensions not greater than 300mm x 200mm;

2. plaques will be located -

   1. near trees as close as possible to ground level; or

   2. on trees; or

   3. on site furniture;

3. trees of approved species may be planted;

4. site furniture may be provided.

Any other request should be referred for consideration to the Facilities and Infrastructure Advisory Committee.
