Career Development Staff

Natalia teaches and researches at the intersection of career development and higher education disciplines. Her current international research collaboration focuses on sustainable careers and third space professionals' identities. She coordinates the Graduate Certificate of Career Development course at JCU and is a registered career development practitioner in Australia.

Ben specialises in teaching work-integrated learning and career development, combining his expertise as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (Advance HE) with being a Registered Professional Career Development Practitioner. His research explores the complex relationships between education, business and religious beliefs in career decision-making.

Sujin is a vocational psychologist, a registered career development practitioner in Australia, and a counsellor in South Korea. She teaches the Graduate Certificate of Career Development at JCU. Her current research focuses on cultural orientation in career development. She is a member of the Asia Pacific and Australian Career Development Associations.

Sue is a qualitative researcher, career coach and educator. Her work explores the intersection of higher education, career development and workplace learning, focusing on inclusivity for students facing intersectional barriers. Sue is a member of the Asia Pacific and Australian Career Development Associations, Australian Collaborative Research Network, Australian Counselling Association, and Queensland Guidance Counselling Association.
