We appreciate your support of JCUs Professional Experience program and the next generation of educators.

For SBTEs who have shared supervision of a student, please ensure that the total hours claimed across both SBTE claims is 100% (eg SBTE 1 claims 50%, SBTE 2 claims 50% = 100%).

2026 Supervising Teacher Payment Claim Form 

Please be advised that as of 28^th June 2025, JCU does not pay superannuation on supervising teacher payments, so there is no longer the requirement to complete a Digital Choice Super Form.

The claimed amount will be processed and paid into your account usually within four to six weeks of receipt of your pay claim.

* A tax file declaration is required for new Supervising Teachers or those who have not been paid by JCU for more than 12 months

PLEASE NOTE: As part of the PEPA Agreement with the Department of Education, payments are only permitted to be made to individual supervising teacher bank accounts and are not permitted to be paid to 'general' school accounts.
