Dr Kaylee Boccalatte is an experienced academic and business professional with expertise in strategic management, employment relations, workforce development and regional economic issues. Her career spans academia, business and community engagement, bringing together strategic insight, commercial understanding and a strong knowledge of people and organisations.
Her experience encompasses governance, strategic decision-making, stakeholder engagement and organisational performance. Her research and professional work have addressed workforce, business and economic challenges, including those affecting regional Australia.
Dr Boccalatte brings an analytical and practical perspective to governance, with a strong capacity to consider complex issues through strategic, organisational and stakeholder lenses.
