Anyone is welcome to attend! Whether you’re looking to study, a parent, partner or friend of someone looking to study, or simply want to check out our campus and activities, come along!
Yes, we recommend you register to attend Open Day so you can receive the regular updates on the event as well as skip the queue on the day.
There are heaps of fun things to do and see at Open Day, so we recommend that you arrive early if you’d like to get the most out of the day. The event starts at 10am.
No, all presentations and activities are available to anyone throughout the day, no booking required.
The accommodation booth at Open Day will be able to answer all of your questions and provide you with information on all the accommodation options available.
To tour the accommodation facilities in Townsville, simply jump on the free campus bus located at the front entrance of Open Day and hop off at whichever residential colleges you’d like to see.
Yes, our current students can’t wait to chat with you on the day! Ask about student life, accommodation, life in North Queensland, study/work schedules… anything you like.
Enclosed shoes are required if you wish to tour our facilities such as the science labs. We also recommend you wear something sun-safe!
Yes, there is disabled access to all buildings around the Open Day site. Staff and student ambassadors will assist on the day if required. Disabled parking is also available for permit holders.
If you can’t attend Open Day, you can book a private campus tour with the Future Students team here. We are also holding a Virtual Open Day event, so if you cannot attend Open Day, make sure you register to attend Virtual Open Day.
Yes, parking will be free and available on-campus on Open Day.
Yes, we have a range of different food outlets on campus that will be open and selling food and drinks during the event.
