Program registrations & bookings
Register your school or student cohort to participate in UniX - Year 8, JCU’s multi-day on-campus experience designed to introduce Year 8 students to university life.
Who this is for: Year 8 students and school groups
What you’ll need: School details, student numbers, preferred date/s
Book an On-Campus visit for your school to experience JCU campuses through guided learning activities, tours and student ambassador sessions.
Who this is for: Years 5 - Year 12 school cohorts
What you’ll need: Preferred campus, group size, learning focus
Support eligible Year 12 students by applying for a pre-paid QTAC voucher to cover the cost of submitting a QTAC application.
Who this is for: Eligible Year 12 students
What you’ll need: Student and school details
Students can register for free access to Studiosity — online academic support designed to build confidence, raise achievement, support study skills and develop independent learners.
Includes access to: Student Connect (peer mentoring), Connect Live (real-time subject support) and Writing feedback tools
Request in-school delivery of outreach programs, including outreach activities sessions, Studiosity workshops, and tailored presentations.
Who this is for: Primary and secondary schools
What you’ll need: Year levels, preferred delivery timeframe, program type
The James Cook University (JCU) Navigate YOU Summit is a live-in program offering current Year 10 students the chance to experience university life during the school holidays. The educative program structure is an entirely immersive residential program that is fully funded by JCU.
Who this is for: Year 10 students studying at a school between Whitsunday region to Far North Queensland.
What you’ll need: 2025 end of year school report, Parent/Legal Guardian consent
