State of the Tropics 2020 Report Launch
The year 2020 will likely be remembered as a turning point in human history and it is more important than ever to focus attention on the people, communities and ecosystems of the Tropics. This event launches the State of the Tropics 2020 Report. It explores social, economic and environmental indicators to answer the question – Is life getting better in the Tropics? Although the State of the Tropics 2020 report explores the time period just prior to the events of 2020, it provides a critical point of reference from which we can fully understand where we are and how we might move forward once again.
