This accommodation is a fully furnished, self contained 3BRM Townhouse. The units are exceptionally large inside and have a private courtyard and they consist of open plan lounge, dining, kitchen combined, 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the upper level. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry and a lock up storage room on the lower level. Also all units are air conditioned and come with timber blinds and dishwasher. Your room will contain a king single bed, desk and wardrobe.  Please Note:  You are required to bring your own Bedding (king single size linen, doona / blanket and pillows) and towels.  You are also required to bring your own personal items, toiletries, toilet paper, laundry powder and luxuries etc.   In-Ground Pool/BBQ / Gazebo Area and dishwasher

Whilst no Bond is required, it will be your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation throughout the duration of your stay. You will be required to adhere to JCU Student Accommodation related policies and guidelines (these will be discussed upon arrival).  It is also expected that your accommodation will be left in same condition upon departure as is on arrival.  There is a pool and barbecue area in the complex for your convenience. JCU provides wireless internet services direct into the rooms through the EDUROAM system.

This small complex is quiet and peaceful and is walking distance to the main street of Proserpine with all amenities and hospital. Only 10 minutes to Whitsunday Coast Airport, 40 Minutes to Bowen, 12 minutes to Airlie Beach and 1 hour 20 minutes to Mackay.
