EDQS Development & Recognition Grants & Awards JCU DVC Education's Student Experience Award

JCU DVC Education's Gen AI in Curriculum Award

JCU recognises outstanding practice in teaching and scholarship in many ways, and the Deputy Vice Chancellor Education's Gen AI in Curriculum Award is one of those.

The DVCE's Gen AI in Curriculum Awards recognise and reward the many ways in which JCU's educators strive to ensure JCU's student experience is sector-leading.  The theme for 2026 focuses on recognising and celebrating discrete innovations or adaptations in teaching practice, learning activities, or curriculum content (including assessment) that included GenAI, resulted in an enhanced learning experience for students, and maintained or improved academic quality outcomes.
