The JCU App provides students at JCU Australian Tropical Campuses and Brisbane Campus with easy, personalised access to the digital services you need for study, support and student life. It offers single sign on access to all your JCU systems and applications.
JCU App is available from a web browser if you are using your laptop or desktop computer.
(Note the web app will not work on Internet Explorer. Firefox or Chrome are recommended).
What can I use JCU App for?
- Accept an offer to study at JCU and complete the enrolment process
- Enrol in subjects and register for classes
- View your personalised timetable including class times and locations
- Access study tools like LearnJCU, eStudent and the Library search without having to log in again
- Open your JCU Email from within the app
- Find out the study and personal support services available to JCU students
- Links to events, sports and other activities on campus
- Find your way around campus including parking information
- Contact campus security
Support and FAQs
The most likely reason for login issues is not using the correct username and/or password.
Contact IT Helpdesk if you need to reset your account password.
You need to have completed enrolment in at least one subject to have access to LearnJCU. Check you are enrolled and contact the Student Centre if you require further assistance.
You will need to tap on the Email icon on the app home screen to configure your JCU email.
You can only access your @my.jcu.edu.au email address from the app, and not any third party mail clients such as gmail, hotmail, etc.
If you are following the New Student steps, it may appear closed because you've already enrolled in one subject. You can still return to the step at any time to continue enrolling in other subjects.
Self-enrolment is not available for some subjects.
If you need help completing enrolment or selecting subjects, contact the Student Centre.
You need to be enrolled in your subjects before you can complete Class Registration.
