We understand the importance of convenient transportation for all attendees of our event. We are pleased to announce that we will be providing bus services from two main accommodation locations: The Ville and Mercure hotels.

Transportation Schedule:

• Pick-up Points: The Ville and Mercure hotels
• Drop-off Point: Event Venue
• Pick-up Times: TBD (To be determined closer to the event date)
• Return Times: After the event concludes, buses will be available to transport attendees back to their respective hotels.

Please note the following:

• Designated Pick-up Locations: Buses will be stationed at specific pick-up points within The Ville and Mercure hotels.
• Scheduled Departures: The departure times for the buses will be communicated well in advance. Please ensure you arrive at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Return Transport: After the event concludes, buses will be available outside the venue to transport attendees back to their respective hotels. Please gather at the designated pick-up area promptly after the event.
• Communication Channels: Any updates or changes to the transportation schedule will be communicated via email.
• Accessibility: If you have any special requirements or need assistance, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
