Using Panopto outside of Learning and Teaching

Panopto is available outside of LearnJCU for staff with non-teaching roles.

While Panopto is primarily intended to be used for Learning and Teaching it is also available for any JCU staff member to use it to capture their desktop, upload videos, and edit and share them either internally of publicly.

Getting access

If you are in a non-teaching role and interested in using Panopto for video creation, sharing, and managing (including ad hoc classroom recordings), please email videocapture@jcu.edu.au.

Team managed

Panopto videos can also be managed by a team, please let us know if you will be creating and managing videos individually or as part of a team.
