About the Presenter

Rebecca Campbell is Queensland Country Bank’s Head of Human Resources, joining the team in 2010. Her passion for diversity, requisite organisational structure, performance management and talent acquisition has seen her team implement strategies which has helped the bank navigate through significant organisational change whilst upholding strong staff engagement. In her spare time, Bec’s focus is on her two young children and the community, including working with First Nation foundations, small business and community groups to help students, people with disabilities and long-term unemployed transition into the workplace. Bec holds a Bachelor of Psychology from JCU and is accredited in WHS and Rehabilitation.
