Trent Glover SC is one of Australia's leading public law barristers. Much of his practice comprises complex and sensitive litigation that is the focus of media attention and parliamentary scrutiny. He is currently the Chair of the NSW Bar Association’s Human Rights Committee. Trent has more than two decades of experience appearing in the AAT (and now the ART) in matters primarily involving security assessments, freedom of information and archives. He has appeared in matters involving foreign interference, right wing extremism, the official history of ASIS, negotiations relating to Australia’s maritime boundaries and the stripping of medals from Defence Force personnel arising out of the Afghanistan Inquiry.
