The academic dress loan gown service has been outsourced to a private provider. As such, you will be required to sign for the academic dress when you collect and return the academic dress.

Borrowers are responsible for the replacement of gowns not recorded as having been returned.

Graduates of other institutions may borrow a black gown and mortar board.

To request the use of a loan gown please complete the gown loan section on the registration form.
