Equipment Loans

A full list of equipment is available for loan by JCU students and staff can be found in our Equipment for Loan Discovery Collection.

This Collection includes a range of equipment from the Library including whiteboard kits, calculators, cables, games and picnic mats.

Guidelines for use

• Return equipment to staff in person during service hours (do not place in returns chutes).
  • Whiteboard kits may be placed in return chutes after hours.
• Late return, damage to, or loss of equipment will incur overdue or replacement costs
• Equipment cannot be renewed online, but can be returned and re-borrowed

Please note: Overdue reminders are not sent on the same day, so you will need to keep track of the time for four hour loans.

• 360 camera with accessories
  • Available for 3 day loan

Calculators (normal, graphic and scientific)

• Available for 4 hour loan

Whiteboard Kits

• Available for 4 hour loan
  • Whiteboard markers & eraser

Outdoor Mats

• Available for 4 hour loan
  • 3 metre round mats made from recycled plastic
  • For use on campus during Library hours
  • Please clean before returning

Games

A range of games are available to give you a break from your studies including chess, Scrabble, Yahtzee, Twister, Pictionary, Uno ... Ask Library staff for a full list
