One Search is your starting point for searching all the Library's physical and online collections.
If the range of materials is overwhelming or you're unfamiliar with literature searching a good starting point is our InfoSkills Toolkit.
To find journal articles use One Search or choose a discipline specific database from the A-Z of Databases. Limit by Content Type: Articles. You can also limit to articles that are Available online, from Peer-reviewed journals, Open Access or physically (in print) Available in the Library.
You can also use Google Scholar with Find It @ JCU Library to link to retrieve fulltext articles.
If you have an article citation and want to see if we have full text access you can use Citation Linker.
The Library's physical collection includes books, video, music, theses, maps, microform and many other formats for loan or viewing in support of learning, teaching and research. Use One Search and under Refine tick Held in Library.

The library curates a list of subscription and open-access databases both multidisciplinary and focussed on a specific top. You can browse the list by title, subject and content (full text, image, newspaper, reference and streaming video).
