Law Seminar Series - Community Legal Education (CLE) & Privacy

View the Presentation Slides HERE Penney Ferguson is the first Aboriginal Chief Executive Officer of the First Nations Women’s Legal Services Qld. Holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business Administration (Marketing Management), Penney has built a career in the community legal sector through roles spanning intake support, community development and marketing. Though she chose not to pursue legal practice, her passion lies in increasing access to justice, particularly through digital platforms and preventative strategies. Her recent research explored the ethical challenges of sharing legal information online and she remains committed to empowering communities with accessible, accurate, and responsible legal knowledge.
