University study involves a range of expenses, including living and study costs. Generally living in Cairns or Townsville costs less than living in a capital city.

Although JCU does not offer financial assistance or scholarships to Study Abroad students, students from the United States may be able to use their Federal financial aid (FAFSA) for Study Abroad at JCU.

Students from other countries may also be eligible to take their provincial or state financial aid abroad. For more information please check with your study abroad agent/representative.
