Digital Twin Student

In an era where digital networks interlink humanity, mature-aged learners continuously seek online education to thrive in ever evolving global workplaces. However, high dropout rates pose potential financial risks for universities. Conversations with key stakeholders in universities and private education providers have revealed a significant need to integrate isolated systems such as enrolment, learning, wellbeing, and career management.

Our solution addresses this challenge by combining Artificial Intelligence with state of the art analytics to enhance student engagement, improve retention rates, and boost institutional revenue. We are exploring the potential of Digital Twin (DT) technology in education to enhance the capabilities of learning ecosystems. We conducted a customer discovery journey across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and India, facilitated by the CSIRO OnPrime program in 2024, to explore the potential of DT for the tertiary sector. Based on the positive response, we are currently developing a Digital Twin prototype focused on students in higher education. In the future, these applications may be extended to primary and vocational education, ranging from laboratory equipment to student and educator digital twins, thereby expanding the market.

We invite collaborations in an innovative approach to revolutionising education, ensuring students succeed in their lifelong learning journeys through high quality educational experiences, while supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education).
