Role

• Manages a team of client services librarians, library officers and assistants, to deliver high quality library and information services, first level information and communications technologies (ICT) services, and other University information and referral services, and supports JCU student and staff use of the library and learning commons facilities.
• Oversees library service delivery at the Library service points.
• Liaises with other areas of the University relevant to the delivery of library services including external providers, academic and other professional staff regarding:
  • the digital object repository, Readings
  • client services, and
  • financial services for receipting and debt collection.
