Copyright Officer for the University and Designated Representative for "Take Down" Notifications

The University Copyright Officer provides advice and assistance to members of the JCU Community in meeting their legal obligations in regards to copyright and is the Designated Representative to receive notifications or other forms of notice from third parties in relation to content transmitted, cached, hosted or referred to on the University's systems in relation to copyright.

University staff members, students and others are invited to report suspected intellectual property infringements to the Designated Representative.
