To check if your endpoint or Jabber Video/Movi client is working as intended with our videoconference equipment, you can do a loop back test.
The loop back test as its name implies, sends the video and audio from your equipment through our equipment and back to yourself.
If your camera and sound is turned on, you will see and hear yourself. If you don’t, the test has been unsuccessful and you will need to start troubleshooting.
