CITBA Conferences and Workshops

Conferences and Workshops

The Centre for International Trade and Business in Asia (CITBA) is dedicated to providing a platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and students to disseminate their findings and engage with global experts in the fields of international trade and business. One of the key ways CITBA achieves this is through the organization of workshops, international conferences, and other events.

Workshops are organized to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners to present their work and receive feedback from experts in their field. They also offer attendees opportunities to network with others working in similar areas and to learn about the latest research and developments.

International conferences bring together researchers and practitioners from all over the world to share their findings and engage in discussions about the latest advancements in international trade and business.

CITBA proudly organizes two signature conferences:

  • BEMAS (Business, Economics, Management, and Accounting in Sustainability): Led by General Chair Assoc Prof Taha Chaiechi, CITBA Head - Australia.
  • SEIGOP (Southeast Asian Interdisciplinary Governance and Policy Conference): Co-chaired by colleagues at CITBA Singapore.

In addition to these conferences, CITBA continually organizes other events and training sessions to support research, capacity-building, and collaboration in the field of international trade and business. More details about these can be found on this page.
