A reminder to all student supervisors about Health and Safety: OH&S site specific local induction *

Supervisors are reminded to be familiar with their responsibilities based on the Work Health and Safety Act (2011) and the JCU Health, Safety and Wellness Policy

  • A site-specific local induction needs to be conducted for the student by the supervisor or other relevant person as appropriate to the project.
  • If relevant: Students should provide key contacts and/or supervisors with their certificates of completion of Queensland Health online modules accessed through the iLearn@QHealth learning management system: Work Health and Safety Induction and First-Response Evacuation Instructions
