Claire Swift - Manager, Education Engagement

Role

The Manager, Library Experience and Education Engagement supports the Deputy Director, Research & Learning Services, to manage the library learning and teaching services for all JCU staff and students, delivering enhanced integration into academic programs and education quality processes. The role engages with Academic groups and other service providers for projects and for the monitoring and implementation of library services tools, and coordinates the liaison, learning and teaching, and open education librarians to enable the provision of quality, consistent and relevant library and learning services to the JCU community.
