Document Copy Request Form

JCU students and staff and community borrowers use this form to request copies of material housed at a campus other than the one they attend or if they are studying in off campus/flexible delivery mode. This service is not currently available to JCU Brisbane students. Please note that items on loan or located on another campus in Australia, should be reserved by placing a hold request.

This form is also used to request the transfer of non-borrowable items between the Townsville and Cairns campuses (to be viewed in the receiving library). See more about intercampus and off campus services.
