The Administrative Operations Team provides high quality administrative service, training, advice & support in the delivery of teaching & learning activity.

Provides administrative assistance in the processes of:

  • Recruitment activity
  • Employee contract development and approval processes
  • Staff & Student Induction
  • Space allocation, keys and access
  • Special payments
  • Procurement activity including purchases & invoicing
  • Secretariat support
  • Academic & Continuous Professional Development (CPD) specific activity event support.

Provide support, training and guidance on:

  • Group email list coordination
  • MEX requests
  • Freight & mail services
  • ServiceNow submissions
  • Room booking (non-teaching & learning spaces)
  • Filing & record keeping
  • Stationery & office supplies
  • Travel.
