Role
JCU Library is committed to open education and learning excellence at JCU. As such, the Open Education Project Specialist manages a HEPPP-funded Textbook Affordability Project (2024-2025) and JCU Open eBooks. These programs showcase Library support for JCU’s strategic priority of transformative education by aiming to reduce the cost of prescribed textbooks for students. Utilising a variety of strategies, Library staff will work with JCU stakeholders to increase provision of free-to-students, ready-on-day-one, equitable and inclusive access to high-quality learning resources.
