A Clinical ID card is different from a JCU Student ID card. Before obtaining a Clinical ID card, you must first obtain a JCU Student ID card.
You must always wear your Clinical ID card during professional experience placement. This includes placements at JCU Dental, JCU Health General Practice, and the JCU Allied Health and Interprofessional Clinics within the JCU Clinical Practices Building.
Clinical ID cards are valid for the duration of your enrolment. You must return your card to JCU when you complete your degree.

Please provide a copy of the clinical ID (once purchased from student services) to Professional Experience Placement Unit. Retain a copy of the card in your professional portfolio.
Lost or Expired Cards - If you lose your card or it expires before you complete your course, please use the link to order a new card. The cost is $5.
