FNQ Angels is the first local angel investor network for locals to invest in local start-ups. The concept is about providing capital funding, mentoring, and business connections.

The FNQ Food Incubator is a collective of food and drink manufacturers, marketers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs, providing opportunities and resources.

Startup Tablelands

The TNQ Innovation Awards recognise and reward progressive businesses, innovators and entrepreneurs from across the region.

YEP
YEP is a free service with the objective of encouraging entrepreneurship in the Cairns and surrounding region. The service is funded by the Australian department of employment.
The Manufacturing Hub
To support the growth of regional manufacturers, $30 million has been invested into regional Manufacturing Hubs in Cairns, Townsville and Rockhampton. Each hub will provide a place for local manufacturing businesses to receive expert advice and support to transition to advance manufacturing through world-leading technologies.
