The interacting hardware between you and the Cisco SX10 is the Cisco remote control, usually located somewhere on the meeting room table. Point the remote towards the camera before pressing a button.
To show a laptop on the flat panel display, connect the laptop using the HDMI cable and set the laptop display to duplicate its screen. Navigate to the Share button on the screen using the remote control and press the OK/Enter button on the remote.
Generally the camera does not need to be adjusted for this size of room, however adjustments are made by moving the cursor to the Camera Control icon along the top right of the screen and pressing the OK/Enter button on the remote control. Press the Back button on the remote to exit the camera control.
Videoconferences are usually scheduled by VAVS. To show the laptop screen follow the instructions above.
