Zoomroom user interface

Zoom video conferencing since its introduction in 2017, has progressively replaced the ageing fleet of traditional video conferencing codecs. During the Covid19 pandemic, collaboration via Zoom exploded not only at JCU but world wide enabling  video calling from just about every mobile device, desk,  and home.

Hardware

• A Zoom Room is a dedicated space with high definition cameras, microphones, large displays, speakers and a user control device largely dominated by the Logitech Tap shown below when powered off
