Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams (available to JCU Staff by request) is cloud-based collaboration tool that is part of Microsoft 365 (M365), it brings together people, documents, conversations, content and tools to make team work easier.  Teams features include co-authoring, messaging, audio and video calling, meetings, calendars, file sharing and team storage. JCU units of all sizes can use Teams to easily collaborate and achieve their goals using familiar Office applications eg: Word, Excel and OneNote.

License and Installation

Microsoft Teams is provided as part of JCU's suite of M365 licensed products and is available to install on both desktop and mobile devices. Microsoft Teams is installed on desktop computers as part of the Office suite and is available on both iOS and Android via the App Store.
