My name is Matt and I work in the Student Success Team. You can find me at the Nguma-bada Cairns campus. I support students in the College of Business, Law and Governance and the College of Science and Engineering. I do have some life experience and I will willingly listen to your concerns, whatever they may be. Hi, I’m Lily, based at the Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus. I’m here to support students as they build confidence, navigate uni life, and feel supported along the way. Before joining JCU, I spent over six years in Human Resources, helping people through various life and career stages. I also studied a Bachelor of Business here at JCU, so I understand the challenges of balancing study, work, and personal commitments. I’m now completing postgrad study in education, driven by my passion for helping students succeed. I’m a strong advocate for mental health and neurodivergence awareness, and I always aim to be an understanding, non-judgemental listener. No matter how big or small the issue, I’m here to help - so please reach out, even if it’s just for a chat!

I’m Anita, and I’m based on the Nguma-bada Campus in Cairns. I work across the College of Business, Law and Governance (CBLG), the College of Arts, Society and Education (CASE), and the Graduate Research School (GRS), providing dedicated support to postgraduate and higher degree by research students. My primary goal is to support your success and help you feel confident and proud as you work towards your academic and personal goals.
