Pay your fees

Make sure you pay your subject and/or SSA fees by the Payment Due Date.  If you don't and have not deferred your fees, your enrolment will be cancelled or penalised. View penalties for unpaid fees and late withdrawals.

Your fees are due during each study period or trimester. You need to ensure both your subject fees and SSA Fees are paid by the Payment Due Date, so your enrolment doesn't get cancelled. You can view the Payment Due Dates on the Academic Calendars.

Log in to MyStudent, and click on the ‘My Finances’ tile.

  • Select the Transactions tab, select a ‘Sves Amenities Fee’ invoice and Add to Cart, then Pay now to pay your subject and/or SSA fees by Visa/MasterCard.

Following the two steps above is the preferred payment method; however, you can use your fee statement to pay through other methods.

Log in to MyStudent, go to My Study > Self Service Reports to generate your Statement of Account
