For most health services you need to make an appointment and some services charge a cancellation fee if you miss your appointment. For specialist services, you will need to bring a referral from a general practitioner (GP).

JCU Health General Practice | A medical centre for JCU students and Townsville residents, JCU Health General Practice is located on level one of the Clinical Practice Building on the JCU campus. JCU students with a Medicare card and student card will be bulk billed for the appointment.
