Publish - My Timetable

Published is available for students to view the JCU timetable and plan for the subjects they wish to enrol into.

Please note: Publish does not replace the JCU App or MyStudent Timetable — You will still need to complete class registration and access the personalised timetable through the app or MyStudent.

  1. Visit the JCU Timetable page.
  2. Click the "My Timetable" button or head directly to the Publish link.
  3. On the welcome screens, select GUEST to begin browsing

Search by Subject

  1. Select Subject from the timetable menu
  2. Filter by Department or search by subject code (e.g., "ED" for Education).
  3. Click on any subject to view associated activities on the timetable.

Search by Location

  1. Select Location from the menu.
  2. Filter by Campus or search by building/room number.
  3. View the timetable grid for the selected location.

Partial keywords are supported - just type  part of a subject code or room name.

Timetables are subject to updates. Use the Refresh button to get the latest view.

You can easily adjust how your timetable is displayed:

  • Views: Switch between Day, Week, Month, Agenda, or Lane view depending on how you prefer to see your schedule.
  • Filters: Show or hide specific days, choose time ranges (all hours, daytime, or evening), or view multiple weeks at once.
  • Navigation Tools: Jump to any date or week using the calendar, and check the time zone for accurate scheduling.
  • Show/Hide Timetables - Uncheck items in the "Selected" tab to hide them from view.
  • Minimise Search Pan - Maximise your view by collapsing the search sidebar.
  • Language Options: Available in English, Deutsch, Nederlands, Dansk, Cymraeg and Gaeilge. Change via the Profile menu.
