My Finances Troubleshooting

Payment cannot be submitted due to errors message is displaying. What does this mean?

There are a number of Payment cannot be submitted due to errors messages that you may see in eStudent.

  • If you enter an invalid number, for example 1.000.00 instead of 1000.00 you will receive an invalid number error message at the top of the screen.

If you receive the above error you need to re-enter a valid number into the Amt To Pay box, ensure that the checkbox for your payment is still selected and click on Calculate payment amount button.

  • If you try to pay more or less than the limit that can be processed by our secure gateway you will receive a Payment declined error.

If you receive either of the above errors you need to re-enter either a larger payment amount ($20 or more), or a smaller payment amount ($20,000 or less) into the Amt To Pay box, ensure that the checkbox for your payment is still selected and click on Calculate payment amount button.

You will only be able to make payments less than the daily limit on your credit card and less than $20,000 which is the limit for our secure gateway.
