Viewing Your Account Details

eStudent shows your current debts to the university. You may also view up to 30 days of previous transactions made on your account by requesting a Fee Statement/Tax Invoice.

You can view current fee transactions on your JCU account via eStudent by going to My Finances and selecting Account Details.

Note: Commonwealth Supported students who defer their fees to HECS-HELP, FEE-HELP or SA-HELP will not be able to view their deferred debt details after subject census dates. You can view your Commonwealth Assistance Notice detailing amounts deferred to HECS-HELP, FEE-HELP or SA-HELP within 28 days of the relevant subject census date from the My Documents tab in eStudent.

All of the current debts you have with JCU will be displayed for you. You can have a statement emailed to you that displays the fees you owe.
