Description

This relatively small bird can occasionally be seen perched on wires or high branches. Upperparts are a rich blue with a white collar, the back and rump are a paler blue, underparts white. White spot in front of the eye as well as white patches on the wing, which are conspicuous when in flight. Legs and feet dark grey, eyes dark brown, bill black above, black or whitish below.
