Description

This bird is occasionally sighted in grassland on campus. The body is light to medium brown with darker brown or yellowish markings, Underparts are chestnut/cinnamon coloured. The male is smaller than the female and has some black markings on the neck. Legs and feet yellowish-brown, eyes cream, bill blue-grey.
