Description

This gecko is not often seen as it prefers to live in rocky crevices and under slabs. The body is pink to reddish to brown and there are pale and dark brown spots in alternating rows present. The lower surface is whitish. It is a slender gecko with a moderately depressed head and can be distinguished from its more common relative Gehyra dubia or Dubious gecko because the subdigital lamellae are divided.
