Description

This species is found chiefly in grassy woodland areas where the larvae feed on several species of grasses. Mature larvae are yellowish to bluish-green with small dark green spots and yellow lines. Head is green to yellowish green. Adults are brown with yellowish-green areas on the upper surface; lower surface is grey-brown with a yellowish tinge. A number of small white spots are present chiefly on the fore wing.
